How long does delivery take?
We aim to despatch orders within five working days, although some bespoke items (such as popper neck fastenings or name tags) may take up to ten working days.
Within the UK you should normally receive your order within 7 to 10 days, although international customers should expect around 14 days for delivery.
All Seenin orders are despatched using a ‘signed for’ service unless requested otherwise.
What is the Seenin returns policy?
We are so confident that you will be happy with our products, that we guarantee your satisfaction by offering a 30 day return/exchange option on all garments. Seenin will accept returns and exchanges of goods within 30 days of the customer receiving them. We will offer a no fuss refund if you are not entirely happy with your order, although when returning goods we would appreciate an enclosed note to state the reason for the return.
How do I return an order?

It is advisable to request and retain a certificate of posting for items you are returning by post.
How long does it take to process a refund?
We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Can I exchange an item I have received?
Yes, we are happy to exchange items that have not been used and are returned to us in a salable condition.
We understand that you may have ordered the wrong size or colour by mistake, this is not a problem and you can return items for exchange up to 30 days from receiving them.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have 7 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.
In this case we will issue you with a full refund, however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received them.
In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.

If an item you have ordered is out of stock or unavailable we will aim to contact you within 24 hours of receiving the order with an alternative product / colour / size to fulfill your requirements.
